Vapor VM IT Services is seeking a Saudi National Business Development Manager to drive business growth in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a primary focus on enterprise, government, and semi-government clients. This role is designed for a high-performing hunter who can bring new accounts, leverage local market relationships, and position Vapor VM as a trusted IT services partner across Managed Services, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Digital Transformation initiatives aligned with Vision 2030. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Revenue Growth Generate new business opportunities independently within the KSA market Actively bring new enterprise, government, and key accounts through existing relationships and market outreach Own the full sales lifecycle: lead generation → solution positioning → proposal → closure Meet and exceed assigned revenue and growth targets Client Engagement & Account Ownership Build strong relationships with C-level executives, CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, and decision-makers Understand client business challenges and align them with Vapor VM’s IT service portfolio Act as a trusted advisor, not just a sales representative Solution Selling – Core Focus Areas Managed IT Services (NOC, SOC, L1–L3 Support, Infrastructure Management) Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, GCP, Hybrid & Multi-Cloud) Cybersecurity Services (SOC, VAPT, Managed Security, Compliance) Dev Ops, Automation & Digital Transformation Data, AI & Enterprise Applications Market Intelligence & Strategic Input Develop a deep understanding of Saudi market dynamics, government procurement processes, and regulatory requirements Identify opportunities related to Vision 2030, digital transformation, and cloud adoption initiatives Provide insights to leadership on market trends, competitor positioning, and pricing strategies Sales Operations & Reporting Prepare proposals, presentations, RFP/RFQ responses, and commercial documents Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasting Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful deal closure and handover Required Qualifications & Experience Saudi National (mandatory requirement)5–8+ years of proven experience in IT services / technology sales Demonstrated ability to bring new accounts and close high-value deals Strong existing network within enterprise, government, or semi-government sectors in KSASolid understanding of Managed Services, Cloud, and Cybersecurity offerings Excellent Arabic & English communication skills (verbal and written) Preferred Qualifications Experience selling to government or Vision 2030-related programs Familiarity with Saudi procurement portals, tenders, and RFP processes Existing relationships with system integrators, partners, or large enterprises
