The Regional Supervisor – GSE Maintenance is responsible for supervising the GSE maintenance operations across assigned local stations. The role ensures consistent implementation of maintenance standards, optimal equipment performance, and adherence to safety and operational procedures. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of all GSE assets supporting aviation operations across the region.
Responsibilities: Supervise and oversee GSE maintenance teams across assigned stations, ensuring consistent performance and compliance with maintenance standards. Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and coaching to station technicians and supervisors. Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Review maintenance schedules, reports, and performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Support the development and implementation of maintenance procedures, policies, and best practices across stations. Conduct periodic station visits to evaluate GSE condition, maintenance quality, and team performance. Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure maintenance activities align with operational needs and equipment availability. Ensure EAM system data accuracy and timely update of maintenance records. Monitor spare parts inventory levels across stations and coordinate with procurement for replenishment. Prepare and submit consolidated regional maintenance performance reports and key metrics. Ensure strict adherence to safety policies, environmental regulations, and company standards. Support training and development programs to enhance the technical skills of GSE maintenance personnel.

Minimum Requirements:Proven experience in the aviation or heavy equipment industry. Strong technical knowledge of motorized and non-motorized GSE systems, diagnostics, and maintenance programs. Experience managing maintenance operations across multiple locations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Excellent organizational and strategic planning skills. Willingness to travel frequently to assigned stations. Strict adherence to safety protocols and guidelines during all maintenance activities.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
