  • Description: Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for IT services and AV solutions

    • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, education, healthcare, government, and commercial sectors

    • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, requirement analysis, solution presentation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and technology vendors

    • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, technical, and project teams to deliver customized and competitive solutions

    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales objectives

    • Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates to management

    • Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities

    • Participate in client meetings, product demonstrations, site visits, and technical discussions


    Required Qualifications & Experience:

    • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales role within an IT System Integrator or IT services company

    • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems integration, and AV solutions

    • Demonstrated success in selling complex IT solutions in the KSA market, preferably Riyadh

    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

    • Ability to manage and lead sales teams effectively

    • Strong relationship-building skills with clients, partners, and vendors Preferred Skills

    • Experience working with KSA Market

    • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales forecasting tools

    • Strategic mindset with a hands-on sales approach
