We’re Hiring | Lead Subcontract Specialist & Subcontract Specialist We are seeking experienced Lead Subcontract Specialists and Subcontract Specialists to join our project team in Saudi Arabia. These roles are critical to the successful procurement, administration, and closeout of subcontract packages across major construction projects. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with project teams on scope, schedule, interfaces, constraints, and deliverables for each subcontract package. Identify, prequalify, and manage subcontractors; align tender strategies with the project subcontracting plan. Prepare and issue complete tender packages (scope of work, drawings, specifications, commercial terms, schedules). Manage the clarification process, issue addenda, and ensure bids are complete, compliant, and commercially comparable. Support technical and commercial evaluations, prepare bid comparisons, identify risks and deviations, and participate in negotiations. Prepare award recommendations and support internal approval processes. Support subcontract/PO issuance, ensure required securities and insurances are in place, and hand over to project/site teams with clear scope, milestones, risks, and administrative requirements. Monitor subcontract deliverables and milestones; manage variations and claims documentation. Support payment certification, final accounts, and subcontract closeout, including warranties, completion documents, and lessons learned. Qualifications Engineering degree preferred (Civil Engineering is an advantage, not mandatory). Minimum 5 years’ experience in Saudi Arabia. Minimum 3 years’ experience in contracts/subcontracts roles within construction or EPC projects. Fluency in Arabic and English.
