Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and professional Executive Secretary to support senior management by handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidentiality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executives’ calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Handle confidential documents and information professionally
- Organize and maintain filing systems
- Follow up on tasks and deadlines on behalf of management
- Coordinate internal and external communications
- Arrange meetings and take minutes when required

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic & English)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
