Role Description:This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food & Beverage (F&B) Director, based in Jeddah. The F&B Director will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, maintaining high culinary standards, overseeing food service operations, and monitoring budgets to optimize profitability. The F&B Director will lead teams, develop strategies to enhance service quality and guest experiences, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:Lead, direct, and oversee all Food & Beverage operations and outlets across the resort, including restaurants, lounges, bars, banqueting, events, and in-room dining. Full operational and commercial management of all F&B outlets, ensuring consistent quality, service standards, branding, and financial performance. Develop and execute F&B strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction across all outlets. Establish and control budgets, forecasts, and cost management strategies, including food cost, beverage cost, labor, inventory, and waste control. Ensure the highest standards of service quality, hygiene, food safety, and guest experience across all F&B outlets. Lead, mentor, and develop F&B management teams and outlet leaders, fostering a high-performance culture. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Events, and Revenue teams to design menus, promotions, packages, and outlet-specific concepts. Monitor market trends, guest feedback, and competitor offerings to continuously enhance outlet performance and positioning. Oversee supplier management, procurement coordination, and contract negotiations related to F&B operations. Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety standards, and international hospitality best practices. Handle guest escalations and operational challenges at the outlet and resort level. Represent the resort in industry events, partnerships, and key stakeholder engagements.
Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage). Minimum of 8–10 years of Food & Beverage experience in luxury or five-star hotels or resorts, including 3–5 years in a senior F&B leadership role. Proven experience in multi-outlet F&B management. Strong leadership, financial, and operational management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English. Strong understanding of P&L management, cost control, and revenue optimization. Ability to lead large teams in a dynamic hospitality environment.
