Job Summary The Automatic Irrigation Systems Inspector is responsible for inspecting, monitoring, and ensuring the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of automatic irrigation systems. The role focuses on quality control, compliance with technical standards, safety requirements, and efficient use of resources. Key Responsibilities Inspect automatic irrigation systems (regular and automated) to ensure correct installation, repair, and operation. Monitor implementation of irrigation works and related electrical connections. Review technical drawings, maps, and specifications to ensure compliance with approved designs. Estimate required materials for maintenance and repair activities and verify quantities. Inspect work progress continuously and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and performance standards. Verify cleanliness of irrigation control boxes, ensuring they are free from waste, insects, and properly numbered. Ensure effective utilization of manpower, time, and equipment on site. Identify technical issues and provide corrective recommendations. Prepare and submit periodic inspection reports as required by supervisors. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Qualifications & Experience Saudi nationality preferred. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Plumbing, Irrigation Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in automatic irrigation systems. Strong knowledge of tools, equipment, measurements, and quantities. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and maps. Proficiency in Arabic or English (reading, writing, and reporting). Experience working with HDPE pipes. Valid Saudi driving license. Good understanding of occupational hazards and safety practices.
