About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Butler Manager to join Jumeirah The Red Sea.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
Manage day-to-day operations of the department to ensure all service standards are met in line with standard operating procedures, providing delightful and engaging services to all guests.
Lead, motivate, and continuously develop the team to maximize productivity, departmental revenue, guest satisfaction, and department COS scores.
Recognize all repeat and important guests, build rapport, develop personal guest contact, obtain preferences, and proactively anticipate guest needs and requirements.
Handle escalations and concerns, resolve them, and notify the proper areas and responsible persons to guarantee a memorable experience for guests.
Oversee that Assistant Butler Managers and Team Leaders lead the team efficiently and ensure all Butlers report to their daily assignments on time and are properly groomed and dressed according to Jumeirah grooming standards.
Ensure all Butlers have knowledge of in-suite services, dining services, Kids Club, Spa and wellness services, technology, and amenities. Conduct hotel/suite show rounds when requested by top management.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Hold a Higher Secondary School certificate List the basic (minimum) education, certification, and/or licensing needed to be successful in the position.
Have 5-8 years of experience of working with 5 Star Hotel.
Hold a Hotel, Butler or Tourism Degree or Diploma
Demonstrate proficiency in handling Opera system & Hot SOS.
Show Leadership and attention to details skills.
Possess the ability to manage and maintain relationships with guests
