Role Overview
Responsible for driving sales and business development for robotic construction solutions, including construction robotics, 3D printing systems, and advanced automation technologies, across assigned markets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in robotic construction and automation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and government entities.
Lead technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution positioning in coordination with engineering teams.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals, BOQs, and pricing strategies.
Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM updates.
Lead negotiations and support contract closure in line with company targets.
Skills
Technical & Commercial Profile
Engineering background or equivalent technical qualification.
Minimum 5+ years experience in construction technology, robotics, automation, or industrial equipment sales.
Strong understanding of GCC construction markets and tendering processes.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
