The Lighting Expert will be responsible for designing, supervising, and inspecting road lighting systems to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with engineering and environmental standards. The role requires technical expertise in electrical and lighting systems, along with coordination with engineers and contractors.

• Design and develop road lighting systems for highways, streets, and infrastructure projects.
• Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for lighting requirements.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for lighting works.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of lighting systems.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Monitor energy efficiency and recommend sustainable lighting solutions.
• Review and validate contractor work, materials, and equipment used.
• Collaborate with civil engineers, electrical inspectors, and project managers to integrate lighting systems into overall project plans.
• Conduct inspections to verify proper installation and performance of lighting systems.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and maintenance guidelines for lighting infrastructure.

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in lighting design and implementation within road and infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, lighting technologies, and energy-efficient solutions.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, lighting design software, and project management tools.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
