Job Summary
Provides administrative support to the sales team. Coordinates sales activities and assists in preparing reports.
Key Areas of Responsibility
• Supports the sales organization with customer documentation, proposals, product information, and quotation preparation. Ensures accuracy and professional presentation of all materials.
• Coordinates internal and external meetings, sales reviews, and customer interactions. Tracks progress of opportunities, tenders, and project documentation, ensuring timely updates to the sales team.
• Prepares regular sales reports, pipeline summaries, and performance dashboards. Ensures CRM and reporting systems reflect accurate opportunity status and sales metrics.
• Coordinates communication between sales and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitors customer requests, quotation activity, and service responsiveness. Highlights trends or gaps to the sales team for proactive follow-up.
• Ensures all sales documentation, and communication follow internal policies and audit guidelines. Maintains confidentiality and accuracy of commercial information.
• In some cases, ensures the proper maintenance of information in ICON (and physical contract archive, if applicable), CPQ, SAP and SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C), as well as the correct flow and use of these tools.
• In some cases, owns the customers' Due Diligence Process (DDPs) process management.
Critical Experiences
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 0-2 years of experience in sales support or customer service roles, with hands-on experience in CRM systems and sales reporting.
