As the Lead of Government Affairs for Nokia KSA, you will be at the forefront of shaping our strategic engagement with government entities and regulatory agencies, directly influencing key telecommunications policies that align with Saudi Vision 2030. •    Develop and execute proactive policies and regulatory strategies that align with Saudi Vision 2030.    
•    Engage and cultivate relationships with senior officials and key stakeholders across government and industry. 
•    Represent Nokia in public forums and industry groups to advocate for favorable policy outcomes.
•    Identify and support strategic initiatives that drive Nokia's growth in the KSA market.
•    Monitor and analyze regulatory and geopolitical developments, providing actionable insights to executive teams.
•    Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Groups, Legal, Marketing, and Sales to align strategies.
•    Prepare comprehensive communications, including briefing notes and position papers for leadership review.
•    Lead crisis management efforts, advising on reputational risks and regulatory inquiries as they arise.
 

You have: 

• Minimum 10 years' experience in government relations or public affairs within the telecom/technology sector.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi regulatory landscape and Vision 2030 initiatives.
• Established network of key stakeholders across Ministries and regulatory authorities in KSA.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.

It would be nice if you also had:   

• Proven track record of influencing policy outcomes and securing government partnerships in KSA.
• Good understanding of geopolitical landscape and cross-border policy dynamics.
• Experience with multinational companies in the ICT sector.
• Advanced leadership presence and credibility at C-suite and ministerial levels.
