Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager based in Riyadh, allowing a combination of in-office and remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and identifying growth opportunities. They will collaborate with marketing, customer service, and product development teams to ensure a cohesive approach to meet company objectives. The Sales Manager will also create and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals, as well as lead and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Sales Strategy Development and Relationship Management Proficiency in Client Acquisition, Negotiation, and Business Development Experience in Team Leadership and Performance Management Familiarity with CRM tools and Sales Reporting Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to dynamic situations Relevant experience in the technology or services industry is a plus
