About the Job:The Service & RSS Sales Manager in Saudi Arabia is responsible for• the development and the implementation of a Safety Service and a Rental- & Safety Services (RSS) strategy together with the Head of Safety which is in accordance with the global Safety Service & RSS strategy to ensure the development of the service and RSS business;• the acquisition of Service & Rental business as well as the planning and execution of the operational Service & Rental business to ensure the growth of the assigned business;• management of the Safety Service and leading the Safety Service Technicians and contracted personnel in close coordination with Sector Managers and/or Technical Sales Representatives and Customer Service Representatives to ensures the effective delivery of service and rental contracts;• the Net Sales and Global Gross Profit (GGP) of the assigned business.
Tasks and Responsibilities:Development and the implementation of a Safety Service and a Rental- & Safety Services (RSS) strategy
Identify installed base and analyze Safety Service & Rental opportunities based on customer needs and requirements.
Identify relevant trends in the market and translate these trends into strategy, actions and contracts. Implementation of SOPP according to the global service strategy.
Analyze competitors and competitors service strategies.
Development of a Safety Service and RSS strategy together with the Head of Safety.
Acquisition, planning and execution of the operational Service & Rental business
Monitors procedures and processes and implement appropriate measures; manages and ensure the progress and quality of the work and makes sure a continuous improvement process is established.
Maintains contacts with major accounts and opinion leaders of service in coordination with account managers to ensure the company’s maximum sales potential is realized.
Ensures that customer satisfaction is continuously developing positively.
Ensures needed service tools & inventory are available, safe and up-to date and fulfill all external and internal requirements.
Manages rental fleet inventory.
Assess and document revenue generating opportunities for new and already installed equipment together with associated sales tools and training programs in order to both train current Service engineers to take advantage of new opportunities.
Promoting and offering Draeger’s range of rental equipment in conjunction with the many on-site services provided by the company.
Management of the Safety Service and leading the Safety Service Technicians and contracted personnel
Transfers knowledge to employees with respect to service, pricing policy, financial, commercial and organizational aspects; ensures that employees are properly supported, trained and evaluated.
Serves as the primary liaison between sales, customer service and supply chain/logistics on the effective delivery of customer service.
Monitoring the capacities plan of the different geographical areas and prioritizing accordingly.
Optimizing the department’s business processes, with a focus on improving quality and efficiency, and safeguarding the technical knowledge of the Service and Training Technicians.
Monitoring the business process on the basis of key performance indicators, such as number of contracts, service contract yields, contract retention, new business acquired, rental fleet utilization and service engineer utilization.
Drive Net Sales and Global Gross Profit (GGP) & Legal representation
In coordination with the head of safety, sets the prices of the service products and solutions and rental contracts.
Establishes and controls annual budgets, individual and team targets and relevant forecasts.
Establishing the plan of service & rental costs per contract and converting this into action plans to achieve optimal efficiency.
Represents the service department towards authorities.

Related Experience 3-5 years of experience in a comparable position as a Service Manager, selling technical services, products and solutions In-depth knowledge of the oil & gas, petrochemical and chemical industry in Saudi Arabia Leadership skills & experience in leading service teams Ability to develop competitive advantage and pricing analysis, gather information and prepare proposals for customers.
