In this role you will execute projects with limited supervision by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting sales data, writing client reports, and constructing presentations.
Job Description
- Design Questionnaires' and other research instruments to cover all required information areas.
- Manage internal operations. i.e: Data processing, Scripting, Field kickoffs. Monitor Field Progress along with quality assurance.
- Analyze, ensure correct translation of data findings, and demonstrate them to the client via story flow presentation.
- Analyze and interpret sales data and consumer data and present key insights to clients –virtually
- Set-up and refresh cyclical reports
- Draft reports and presentations (category overview as well as issue-based) building a story and finalizing conclusions and proposes recommendations
- Reviews data for errors and inconsistencies
- Attend client meetings and presentations over call
- Discuss analysis design to best answer client questions with Client Business Partner/client with the support of Senior team member
- Manage internal stakeholders for example the Global Report Center Team
- Provide feedback on client needs and challenging internal processes to best deliver those client needs
- Drive client value to help achieve agreed revenue and client satisfaction targets
- Use NIQ data to drive insights, identifying opportunities and threats for our client’s brands
- Introduce additional NielsenIQ services, where appropriate to meet client needs
- Drive NPS (Net Promoter Score) and client satisfaction
- Drive cross market collaboration within NielsenIQ and client where appropriate
Qualifications
- University degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics or other related fields is a must, preferred Postgraduate
- 2+ years of working experience in Market Research
- Knowledge of using advanced Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI or Tableau would be an advantage
- Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills
- Strong communication skills & visualization skills – interested in storytelling techniques
- High level of client service skills and understanding of growth and brand strategy
- Business acumen and good knowledge of the market dynamics
- Comfortable working in a digital-enabled environment
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Arab speakers to be preferred
