Analyse existing Drilling and work over contractor scope of work and terms and conditions, follow  contractor performance and prepare performance report, administrative controls to determine that records and policies are in accord with KJO regulations. Participates in the planning and preparation of contract audits. And prepare a regular report for management. 

Skills

Policies, Processes and Procedures
- Follows all relevant section policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.


Day- to-day operations
- Follows the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the Contracts Administration section to ensure continuity of work.


Contract Audit and Performance


 Review existing contract scope of work and terms and conditions.
- Modify the current contract and new scope of work with additional requirement to meet KJO requirements.
- Follow and evaluate Contractor performance.
- Ensure contractors comply with all contract terms and condition.


Business and Operational plans


Participates in the business planning process by reviewing 
submittals of various Divisions for contract. 
- Assists in the preparation of action plans for the first year operational plan of the five year planning process


Reporting


Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports for section in order to meet Company and section requirements, policies and standards. 
- Prepares timely audit reports involving difficult and complex audit issues for review with D&WO Superintendent. 


Safety, Health & Environment
- Complies with all relevant safety, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
