One of my clients in the Tech space is looking for a Compensation Senior Associate who’s ready to dive into HR processes, keep employee data spot-on, and help make paydays smooth and accurate.
What You’ll Be Up To:Handling data entry and processing mass updates like a pro Keeping compensation data clean, reconciling, and spotting any surprises Validating benefits and updating our HR system with precision Crafting revised compensation letters for team members when needed Managing compensation processes and reporting with flair What We’re Looking For:A solid grasp of HR processes and operations MS Office skills — Word and Excel are your best friends Some experience with HR strategy and ERP systems Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic
