We are looking for a friendly and professional Guest Relations Officer to deliver an outstanding guest experience and represent our brand with excellence in Makkah.
Key Responsibilities: • Welcome and assist guests professionally • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently • Coordinate with internal departments to meet guest needs • Ensure high service standards at all times
Requirements: • Saudi nationality • Experience in guest relations, reception, or customer service preferred • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
