Job Purpose:
The Analyst III, Control Center is responsible for real-time monitoring of fleet operations to ensure safety, compliance, and operational discipline. The role involves tracking driver behavior, logging violations, validating incidents, escalating critical events, and supporting accurate safety reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor live fleet data including GPS tracking, dashcam alerts, and CCTV footage to ensure compliance with safety and operational policies.
Log, categorize, and document violations and incidents with supporting evidence for audit and management review.
Validate incidents by cross-checking GPS timestamps, dashcam images, and system alerts.
Track driver behavior such as over-speeding, harsh driving, unauthorized stops, and route deviations.
Generate violation tickets and maintain accurate records of alerts, communications, and corrective actions.
Prepare daily activity summaries and weekly safety reports.
Identify device or system issues (GPS, cameras) and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
Escalate critical safety incidents and support investigations and audits.
Support senior analysts in compliance reviews and special investigations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or higher in a related field.
2–3 years of experience in fleet monitoring, data analysis, HSE operations, or control center roles.
Experience working with monitoring systems, dashboards, or fleet tracking tools is preferred.
