To conduct studies, analysis and evaluations of drilling engineering data collected at wells, and recommend methods and techniques for economical and safe operational achievement while supporting the Supervisor in developing drilling engineering activity plans while preparing various regular reports, technical reports and summaries of drilling engineering activities.

• Applies the day-to-day Tasks assigned form Supervisor to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.


• Monitors and inspects contractors’ activities to ensure compliance and reports any discrepancy between plan and actual work to the Supervisor.


• Manage D&WO data as an asset providing support for RIGS AND End Users


• Manage and coordinate D&WO software development projects


• Coordinate the installation on real-time data services on company rigs


• Maintain drilling central database and ensure drilling information integrate & availability


• Work with engineering teams to analysis & evaluate the performance of different drilling departments, conduct NPT root cause analysis studies, conduct quarter contractor performance review


• Produce performance KPIs report for management


• Coordinate specific software development projects for D&WO


• Capture drilling data into central database


• Assure quality and integrity of drilling data


• Conduct drilling performance analysis & evaluation for our clients of operating companies


• Collect technical requirements from clients for software development


• Design and test software applications for drilling data management


• Preparing software technical documentation such like requirements and specification documents, user guides, etc.


• Train and support young Engineer to build and run their data management systems


• Prepare training materials such like presentations, live demo, real life examples, etc.


• Run software presentation and live demos for potential clients


• Conduct training course for operating companies’ teams


• Prepares section reports in a timely and accurate manner to meet Company and section requirements, policies and standards.


• Collates and reviews various documents such as work completion reports, overtime reports, time sheets, requisitions and authorization for projects, supplies and outside servces submitted by colleague and contractors and prepares a variety of regular activity reports, statistics, technical summaries and other technical reports.


• Assists the Supervisor in annual budget preparation, review and control on expenditures, focusing on all Drilling & Workover operation and contracts in line with Departmental goals.


• Complies with all relevant safety, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment


• Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.
