To maintain a record of all incoming requests to ensure that all such requests for Engineering Design (EDR) Engineering Studies (ESR) and Engineering Work Orders (EWO) are properly logged into the ESD database. Review and evaluate project performance in term of quality, scheduling and budgeting.

Skills

• Follows all relevant section policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner


• Follows the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the ESD department to ensure continuity of work


• Maintains EDR/ESR database to facilitate tracking of all requests


• Assigns control numbers of the proposed Engineering Design and Study requests


• Coordinates ESR/EDR between TSD/Specialist  Engineering and Design and Drafting Units to record and update corresponding data in the EDR/ESR logbook to enable good tracking of the assigned activities


• Tracks the project progress as proposed and report any delinquency or deviation to facilitate corrective action of project activities


• Verifies all detail design packages (in-house or GES contract) for completion and quality checked prior to issue construction


• Assists Chief Engineer and Unit Supervisors in allocating work to Engineers provide administrative support for assigned engineer in-charge


• Initiates ESR/EDR close-out certificates to be signed by the contact engineer, proponent and engineering inspection


• Compiles job history records for use in engineering planning and estimate for future projects


• Tracks waiver system to identify whether there is any departure from Saudi Aramco standards


• Complies with all relevant safety, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment


• Performs other related duties or assignments as directed


• Generates and submits weekly, quarterly and monthly reports for engineering activities status KPI Index reports for ESR/EDR and update
