Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Video Analyst to support the scouting and recruitment process through high-quality video analysis. The analyst will be responsible for breaking down player performances, producing individual player clips, and supporting scouting decisions with visual and data-backed insights.
Key Responsibilities Analyze full matches and individual player performances Create detailed video clips and highlight packages for scouting purposes Support scouts and agents with tactical and technical analysis Tag and code matches using analysis software Contribute to written and video-based scouting reports Maintain an organized video and player database Collaborate closely with the Chief Scout and scouting team
Requirements Experience in football video analysis Preferred proficiency with video analysis software Strong understanding of football tactics and player roles Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Can work REMOTELY
