Job Purpose The Operations Officer is responsible for supporting and executing daily operational activities, coordinating resources, and ensuring smooth workflows across departments. The role focuses on process accuracy, timely execution, and effective collaboration, enabling business units to meet operational objectives efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented , and capable of working closely with multiple teams to maintain operational continuity. Operational Responsibilities Daily Operations Execution: Carry out operational activities accurately and on time. Resource Coordination: Assist in coordinating resources across departments to support operational needs. Process Support & Monitoring: Follow operational procedures, monitor workflows, and flag areas for improvement. Collaboration: Work with multiple departments to ensure seamless execution of tasks and processes. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain operational records, prepare routine reports, and provide data for management analysis. Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and operational guidelines. Continuous Improvement Identify minor inefficiencies and suggest process improvements. Support initiatives to enhance workflow, accuracy, and operational effectiveness. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marine Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Prior experience in operations or a similar support role is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English. Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and departments.
