Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities and Build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Engage clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored product solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, addressing technical inquiries effectively.
  • Work with the sales team to develop strategic plans that align with customer requirements.
  • Offer post-sale support to ensure successful product implementation.
  • Prepare technical documentation and proposals that highlight our products' value.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Collect customer feedback to help improve our product offerings.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
