Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate MEP BIM models (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, ELV) across multiple disciplines.
• Manage model federation, integration, and clash detection using Navisworks (NWD/NWC) or similar BIM coordination tools.
• Conduct coordination workshops and interface meetings with design, engineering, and construction teams.
• Track and resolve design clashes, conflicts, and coordination issues across MEP disciplines.
• Ensure compliance of all MEP models with BIM Execution Plan (BEP), project standards, and LOD requirements.
• Maintain accurate version control, documentation, and coordination logs for all MEP models.
• Interface with architectural, structural, and civil teams to ensure seamless multi-discipline integration.
• Support constructability reviews and provide technical guidance to MEP modelling teams.
• Review models for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project specifications.

Key Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of BIM experience with strong focus on MEP coordination.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks Manage.
• Proven experience in multi-discipline BIM coordination and clash resolution.
• Strong understanding of mechanical (HVAC, plumbing, fire), electrical (LV, MV, ELV), and plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with BIM standards, ISO 19650, and BEP workflows.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Experience on GCC or large-scale infrastructure projects is preferred.
