What you’ll do:
The LV Switchgear / Busway specification sales engineer responsible for promoting and selling LV switchgear and Busway systems in Commercial & Infrastructure segments through our authorised panel builders and busway partners.The role combines technical expertise with sales and relationship management to support panel builders, contractors, consultants and end users.
1. Promote and sell LV switchgear and busway systems in commercial & infrastructure segments.
2. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets and business growth.
3. Identify and engage with the consultants, contractors, end users and the panel builders to generate leads and build long term partnerships.
4. Conduct product presentations and trainings for customers and panel buiders.
5. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop customised and optimised LV switchgear proposals to win projects.
6. Track project pipeline from tender to execution and ensure timely follow-up for order conversion.
7. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure post sales technical support and satisfaction.
8. Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing strategies to enhance business positioning."
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- 3 to 5 years of experience in LV switchgear and busway sales

- Strong understanding of LV switchgear and busway systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presalesion skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and problem solving abilities.
