About the Role:
To provide administrative and operational support to the Export Department by coordinating documentation, logistics, and communication with internal teams and external customers, ensuring smooth and timely execution of export activities.
Activities:
- Coordinate and handle office activities and meetings with customers internally and externally.
- Follow up on supply chain activities to ensure on-time order execution and delivery.
- Prepare and organize product samples and materials for customers and exhibitions.
- Support logistics coordination, including shipping, warehousing, and vendor follow-up.
- Support marketing and promotional tasks related to export markets.
Requirement:
The Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or export support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
- Knowledge of export logistics and operations.
- Accurate documentation and report handling.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills.
