job Description: Strategic Planning & Corporate Performance Advisor Job Summary The Strategic Planning & Corporate Performance Advisor will lead the transformation of the Fund’s strategic direction by analyzing the green finance landscape and identifying sustainable financial instruments. This role is responsible for developing innovative business models aligned with sustainability principles, ensuring the Fund is positioned to capitalize on environmental investment opportunities while achieving long-term economic growth and institutional excellence. Key Responsibilities Green Finance & Strategy Analysis:Analyze the current state of green finance and identify sustainable financial tools (e.g., Green Bonds, ESG-linked loans). Identify strategic gaps and environmental investment opportunities to drive long-term value. Business Model Innovation:Develop and implement innovative business models that integrate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles. Align corporate strategy with national and international sustainability goals. Corporate Performance Management:Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to sustainable growth and strategic objectives. Design performance dashboards to track the impact of green investments on the Fund’s overall portfolio. Strategic Positioning:Enhance the Fund’s readiness to attract and manage green capital. Provide high-level advisory on organizational restructuring to support sustainability-driven initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 15 years in strategic planning, corporate performance, or sustainable finance. Location: Based in Riyadh. Skills: Expertise in ESG frameworks, strategic foresight, and advanced performance measurement methodologies (e.g., Balanced Scorecard).
