Job Title: Human Resources Information System Trainee (Tamheer Program)
Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Information System Trainee to join our HR team through the Tamheer Program. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in HR Planning & Development by managing HRIS data, creating actionable dashboards, and assisting in system optimization to improve HR decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update HR data in SAP Success Factors Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for HR insights Assist HR Planning & Development processes, including talent tracking and reporting Support SAP Success Factors configuration and system enhancements Participate in learning initiatives under the Tamheer program.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Eligible and registered in the Tamheer Program (no prior employment in the last 6 months and not currently registered in GOSI). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning HR systems.
