Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive short- and long-term sales strategies.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance through KPIs and take corrective actions when needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic accounts.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales performance reports to senior management.
  • Oversee pricing strategies, commercial offers, and sales negotiations.
  • Improve sales processes and operational efficiency.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop sales team capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and internal procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Professional certifications in Sales Management or Leadership are an advantage.


Skills

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sales.
  • At least 4 years in a managerial or leadership role (Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Experience in fast-paced industries such as FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Retail is preferred.
