About the role:

To supervise the activities of Supply Planning Supervisors ensuring that they plan and control stock levels/availability of all materials and ingredients required for their designated portfolio within the CPP manufacturing environment, this will be achieved by using SAP and analyzing the required service levels/working capital budget and taking into consideration delivery lead times, seasonal constraints, available storage etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that Supply Planning Supervisors tasks are achieved.


• Create purchase requisitions within SAP in order to maintain agreed packaging & ingredient stock level.


• Liaise with Operations Purchasing to manage any supply issues, and deal with any impact on material requirement plans


• Maintain your portfolio Working Capital within budget levels by maintaining optimal stocks of all items through detailed planning and review.


• Scheduling deliveries from local suppliers must consider any space constraints within our warehousing operation.


• Ensure 100% optimization of our Blow & Injection molding facility.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma in supply chain or a related field.


• Bachelor’s degree is a plus.


• At least 3 years of experience in MRP within a Supply-planning environment.


• English Fluency
