Description and Requirements








We are looking for an experienced Production Industrial Engineering Manager to lead the planning and optimization of factory operations. In this role, you will oversee capacity management, drive continuous improvement, and lead lean initiatives across the manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for a leader passionate about efficiency, process excellence, and operational impact.



Your Responsibilities:


  • Plan and coordinate factory buildings, equipment, and facilities.
  • Manage factory capacity planning, standard hours, and headcount (H/C) requirements.
  • Responsible for achieving and continuously improving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to factory efficiency
  • Lead end‑to‑end process improvement and efficiency‑enhancement initiatives.
  • Manage and guide lean production–related project activities within the factory.

Position Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering.
  • More than 8 years of Industrial Engineering experience, including at least 5 years in an IE Manager role within a large enterprise.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal, reading, and writing).
  • Strong ability to summarize information and deliver clear presentations.
  • Skilled in problem analysis and improvement, with Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
