Double Vision Company Limited is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Manager to lead SEC High Voltage transmission Underground and Infrastructure Projects in Riyadh. Job Requirements Minimum 10–15 years of experience in SEC Underground & Infrastructure projects Proven experience managing SEC High Voltage / Underground cable and infrastructure works Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) approval Strong knowledge of SEC standards, specifications, and construction practices Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities Key Responsibilities Overall management and supervision of underground and infrastructure construction works, including duct banks, cable trenches, foundations, chambers, road crossings (HDD/Open Cut), and associated civil works Plan, coordinate, and control site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, schedules, and SEC requirements Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project targets for time, cost, quality, and safety Coordinate closely with Planning, QA/QC, HSE, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution Monitor construction progress and support daily, weekly, and monthly progress reporting Review and support invoice preparation, work measurement, and certification in coordination with commercial and planning teams Ensure effective implementation of quality control and HSE procedures at site Liaise with SEC, consultants, and authorities for inspections, approvals, and site coordination Identify construction risks and implement corrective and preventive actions Support management in variation orders, claims, and recovery plans Ensure proper documentation, as-built records, and smooth project handover
