Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced Systems Integration, Migration & Implementation Engineer to lead end-to-end technical projects involving system migration, implementation, and integration across enterprise environments. The role focuses on connecting our platform with customer local systems, HR systems, and hospital environments (HIS/LIS/RIS/PACS).
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience in systems integration, migration, and implementation projects. • Experience working with enterprise and healthcare environments. Key Responsibilities:• Lead end-to-end projects including implementation, migration, and systems integration. • Integrate systems with client environments including HR/ERP, local enterprise systems, and healthcare platforms (HIS/LIS/RIS/PACS). • Design and develop integrations using APIs (REST/SOAP) and data exchange mechanisms. • Execute data migration activities including data mapping and transformation, cutover planning, and validation and reconciliation. • Support deployment and go-live activities including environment readiness checks, monitoring and issue resolution, and post go-live support. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including IT teams, vendors, and hospital administrators. • Create and maintain technical documentation including integration diagrams, API specifications, migration plans, test cases, and reports.
Required Skills:• Strong understanding of system integration and data migration concepts. • Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs. • Knowledge of enterprise systems and healthcare platforms. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred Certifications (any of the following is a plus):• ITIL • Microsoft or Networking certifications • HL7 or FHIR knowledge • Any Integration or Middleware certification
