Role: Customer Service Representative (BPO) Arabic Mode: Hybrid Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Experience 0 to 4 years We are welcoming to freshers as well

Job Summary Responsible for delivering quality customer service by handling customer queries, resolving routine issues, and ensuring compliance with defined SOPs. Key Responsibilities Handle customer interactions via voice, email, or chat professionally. Gather required information and resolve routine customer issues using a systematic approach. Communicate customer requirements clearly as per SOPs and knowledge management systems. Handle difficult customers with empathy, patience, and professionalism. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely follow-up. Skills & Requirements Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and treat others with courtesy and respect. Adaptable communication style to work with diverse customers. Good problem-solving and multitasking skills. Basic computer knowledge, good typing speed, and familiarity with MS Office. Strong work ethic with ability to work independently.
