Are you an engineer with hands-on experience in plastic injection molding machines, looking to work with advanced technologies on high-performance production lines in Saudi Arabia? This opportunity is for you.
???? Key Responsibilities :• Install, commission, and set up plastic injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment(presses, robots, temperature controllers, dryers, conveyors)• Perform functional testing, process optimization, and production validation• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation issues• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers• Train operators and maintenance technicians on machine operation and best practices• Prepare technical service and intervention reports• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
???? Requirements :• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or Industrial Automation• 2–5 years of experience in plastic injection molding or industrial maintenance• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and control systems• Experience with PLCs (Siemens, Omron, Allen Bradley)• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics• Excellent troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis skills• Knowledge of 5S, FMEA, and TPM is an advantage• Good communication and reporting skills• Able to work independently and travel to customer sites• Basic to good command of technical English
