Odoo Functional Consultant / Implementer – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant / Implementer to join our team in Riyadh, with hands-on experience in end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations.
Key Requirements:Minimum 1+ year experience in Odoo ERP implementation Successfully delivered at least 2–3 end-to-end Odoo projects Strong understanding of Odoo core modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting / Finance, HRMS, CRM and Helpdesk Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate
Job Responsibilities:Lead and execute end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations from requirement gathering to go-live and post-go-live support Conduct business requirement analysis and translate customer needs into functional solutions within Odoo Prepare key project documents including BRD, SRS / Functional Specifications, Gap Analysis, User Manuals, and Training Materials Configure Odoo modules according to client business processes and best practices Perform functional testing and coordinate UAT to ensure successful system adoption Provide user training and system walkthroughs to key stakeholders Coordinate with technical teams for customizations and integrations Support data migration, master data setup, and opening balances Identify and propose improvements to optimize business processes using Odoo Support pre-sales activities such as demos, solution design, and effort estimation when required Ensure project delivery within agreed timelines and scope Act as the main functional point of contact between the client and technical team
