We are partnering with a leading real estate developer to appoint an experienced Senior Architecture Manager to join their Design Development team in Jeddah.
This is a senior, hands-on role for an architect with strong technical capability, proven consultant management experience, and the ability to drive design quality, accuracy, and compliance across large-scale developments.
The Role You will lead the architectural design process from concept through detailed design and tender, ensuring alignment between design intent, cost, programme, and constructability. The position plays a key role in design analysis, technical reviews, and tender and bid evaluations.
Key Responsibilities Lead architectural design across major real estate projects Provide technical oversight to ensure quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance Manage and coordinate architects, engineers, and specialist consultants Review consultant deliverables and resolve design and coordination issues Lead architectural input into tender documentation and bid reviews Support procurement and commercial teams during tender and award stages Work closely with development, construction, and asset management teams
About You Degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred)10–15 years’ experience on complex, large-scale projects Strong technical architecture background Proven experience managing consultants and reviewing detailed design Solid exposure to design analysis, technical reviews, and tender evaluations Excellent communication and leadership skills
Desirable:Developer-side experience Middle East or large mixed-use project exposure Professional registration (RIBA, ARB, AIA or equivalent)
