We are seeking a senior, hands-on marketing leader to shape and own the company-level narrative for a complex, full-stack AI services business. This role partners closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to co-define strategy, translate ideas into clear and compelling messaging, and selectively leverage agencies for execution. The ideal candidate can quickly understand sophisticated AI platforms and services, articulate differentiated positioning, and personally drive high-impact marketing outputs. Key Responsibilities Define, articulate, and own the company’s overall positioning and narrative Position an end-to-end AI services platform, rather than individual point solutions Co-create marketing strategy in close collaboration with the CEO and VP leadership team Translate strategy into structured, executive-ready outputs (presentations, messaging frameworks, one-pagers) Personally develop and refine core messaging, content, and storytelling Engage agencies selectively for execution, not strategy ownership Design and deliver modern, non-traditional marketing approaches, including thought leadership and ecosystem-driven storytelling Ideal Candidate Profile8–15+ years of experience in technology, AI, platforms, or digital services Demonstrated ability to rapidly understand and communicate complex business models Experience marketing platforms, integrated solutions, or end-to-end services Strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability Highly comfortable producing executive-level written and presentation materials Based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate to Riyadh
