Job Summary:

Responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new profitable Facilities Management (FM) contracts in line with the company’s growth strategy. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, managing the sales process end-to-end, building strong client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and market sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation, RFP coordination, and bidding through to contract award.
  • Conduct market research and monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and lead pre-qualifications, proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Achieve individual and company sales targets and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with operations, estimating, and senior management to deliver client-focused solutions.



Skills

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development or sales within the Facilities Management industry.
  • Strong customer focus, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical and commercial information.
