An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Procurement Business Partner to join a well-established organisation operating in the Saudi market.
This is a standalone role with strong HQ support, offering genuine ownership, visibility and the chance to influence procurement activity across multiple indirect spend areas.
Role Summary:You will act as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders, providing commercial guidance, managing procurement activity end to end and ensuring strong governance and supplier performance across the organisation. This position suits someone comfortable operating autonomously while collaborating closely with central procurement leadership.
Key responsibilities:• Business partnering with senior stakeholders• Managing the full procurement lifecycle from intake to contract award• Ensuring governance, compliance and policy adherence• Driving commercial value and cost optimisation• Supporting supplier strategy and performance management• Building strong internal relationships across the business• Operating confidently in a standalone regional role
Experience required: • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills• End to end indirect procurement experience• Sound knowledge of procurement governance and compliance• Commercial mindset with practical judgement• Strong communication and relationship building capability• Proven supplier relationship management experience• Indirect category exposure preferred including Marketing, Facilities Management, Automotive or Professional Services

Salary35,000 to 40,000 SAR per month depending on experience
