Role Overview We are hiring a Delivery Governance Lead to own project and program governance across large-scale Service Now engagements. This role ensures delivery discipline, execution transparency, and executive-grade reporting across multi-stream programs. You will work closely with executive leadership, delivery managers, and customers to ensure projects are delivered with rigor, predictability, and quality. Key Responsibilities Establish and run project & program governance frameworks Own planning, scheduling, dependencies, and milestones Manage RAID logs, status reporting, and executive dashboards Ensure financial readiness (billing inputs, forecasting alignment) Govern subcontractors and delivery partners Act as the decision escalation and approval authority Ensure delivery alignment with contract scope and commitments Required Experience10+ years in program / delivery governance roles Strong experience with Service Now delivery programs Proven background in PMO, delivery assurance, or program controls Excellent stakeholder and executive communication skills Experience working with partners, subcontractors, and multi-vendor teams Nice to Have Service Now certifications (CSA, CIS, CTA exposure) Experience with government or large enterprise programs Background in consulting or professional services firm
