We are Hiring Job Title Senior BMS Engineer – O&M (Johnson Controls | Airport) Location Red Sea Area, Saudi Arabia Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior BMS Engineer – O&M to manage and support the operation andmaintenance of Johnson Controls Metasys Building Management Systems (BMS) in a 24/7 airportenvironment. The role involves ensuring optimal performance of HVAC and plant systems, maintainingsystem reliability, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to meet operational and compliancerequirements. Key Responsibilities* Lead Operation & Maintenance (O&M) activities for Johnson Controls Metasys BMS in a 24/7airport facility* Monitor, analyze, and optimize HVAC and plant systems performance to ensure efficiency andreliability* Perform fault diagnosis, alarm management, and root cause analysis to minimize downtime* Plan, manage, and customize Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM)activities in line with SLAs and KPIs* Coordinate closely with Facilities Management, HVAC, Electrical, and IT teams* Support system upgrades, integrations, expansions, and compliance with airport and regulatorystandards* Prepare reports, documentation, and technical updates for management and clients* Ensure adherence to safety standards, operational procedures, and best practices Requirements* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, or related Engineering discipline* Minimum 4 years of experience in BMS O&M, preferably in airports or large critical facilities* Strong hands-on experience with Johnson Controls Metasys BMS* In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, plant equipment, and control systems* Experience working in 24/7 operational environments* Good understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and FM operations* Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and communication skills
