We are seeking an experienced, certified Scrum Master / Agile Lead to support agile delivery of a digital banking platform, including mobile applications for corporate banking and home lending. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) Coach teams and stakeholders on agile best practices Remove impediments and support high-quality, on-time delivery Work closely with Product Owners on backlog refinement and prioritization Track agile metrics and drive continuous improvement Ensure alignment with financial regulations and stakeholder communication Requirements5+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Lead Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) Experience with Jira, Confluence, and agile delivery Background in fintech or digital platforms preferred Fluent in Arabic and English Preferred Experience in mobile banking or lending platforms Knowledge of SAFe or scaled agile frameworks Apply now at Athira.
