Role Overview
We are looking for a General Manager (F&B) for our client to be responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and growth of the business. This role carries full accountability for strategy execution, financial performance, operations, people leadership, and governance, ensuring sustainable profitability and alignment with group objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Business Leadership & Strategy Lead the business in line with the company’s vision, strategy, and long-term objectives Translate strategic goals into executable business plans and measurable outcomes Identify growth opportunities, efficiencies, and value creation initiatives
Financial & Commercial Accountability Full P&L ownership, including revenue growth, cost control, and profitability Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and performance reviews Ensure strong financial discipline, cash flow management, and ROI delivery
Operations & Execution Oversee all business functions to ensure operational excellence and consistency Ensure scalability, efficiency, and compliance across the organization Drive continuous improvement and performance optimization
People & Culture Lead, develop, and retain senior leadership and management teams Build a high-performance culture with clear accountability and governance Ensure succession planning and leadership capability development
Governance & Stakeholder Management Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and group governance standards Act as the primary liaison with group leadership, partners, and key stakeholders Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to the Board
Candidate Profile Experience15+ years of progressive leadership experience, including senior general management roles within F&BProven track record managing complex, multi-function businesses

Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
