Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Assila, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Jeddah. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of service quality, supervising and training staff, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The role includes coordinating with kitchen and service teams, monitoring inventory levels, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, handling guest feedback, and supporting management in achieving operational goals. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Food and Beverage operations and service standards Proven supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure guest satisfaction and effectively resolve issues Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Fluency in English is required; fluency in additional languages, especially Arabic, is a plus Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory role, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting, is highly desirable High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in hospitality management is a plus Preferred to be based in Jeddah English speaking
