HVAC Execution

Supervise installation of ducting, insulation, GI ducts, flexible ducts, dampers, and hangers.

Oversee installation and alignment of HVAC equipment (FAHUs, AHUs, FCUs, VRF, exhaust fans, motorised dampers).

Ensure proper installation of copper piping, refrigerant lines, drain lines, and insulation.

Coordinate with the BMS team for control wiring, sensors, actuators, and VAV connections.

Conduct air balancing, leak testing, pressure testing, and commissioning.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

5-7 years of experience in site execution of HVAC , FIREFIGHTING, PLUMBING NETWORKS.

Familiarity with BMS integration and coordination with ELV/electrical teams.

Ability to read and understand shop drawings and method statements.

Strong site supervision, communication, and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience

Work experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC mega projects.

Knowledge of SMACNA, ASHRAE, NFPA, and local Saudi standards.

Experience with pump rooms, VRF, or large HVAC equipment.

Experience with commissioning teams and handling third-party inspections.

Other requirements 

- Transferable iqama and ready to join.

- Registered in the Saudi council of engineers.
