Job Summary
Grade Refrigeration LLC is seeking a professional, organized, and welcoming Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office.
The ideal candidate will manage our front desk daily and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the face of the company, you will ensure all visitors are greeted warmly and directed appropriately while maintaining high standards of office efficiency through advanced Excel reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Data Management: Maintain and update administrative records, client logs, and inventory schedules using MS Excel.
- Administrative Support: Assist with filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Mail Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Requirements & Qualifications

- This role requires a professional business appearance.
- Please note that consistent with our front-facing corporate identity, the candidate must be comfortable working without a niqab (face must be visible for customer interaction and identification purposes).
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory (ability to use formulas, sort data, and create tables).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic (English is a strong plus).
- Experience: Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
