An opportunity for a KSA-qualified national to join a growing dispute resolution practice, working on a broad range of construction, infrastructure, commercial, and transport-related disputes. The role offers early responsibility and exposure to complex, high-value matters across domestic and international projects.

The RoleThe successful candidate will support senior lawyers on contentious and advisory matters for a diverse client base, including employers, contractors, operators, and commercial entities. The practice handles disputes arising from major infrastructure, transport, and commercial projects, as well as general commercial litigation and regulatory-related matters.

Scope of WorkAssisting on disputes relating to construction, infrastructure, and transport projects, including roads, rail, ports, logistics, and utilitiesSupporting work on commercial disputes, including contractual claims and advisory mattersInvolvement in alternative dispute resolution proceedings, including international arbitration, mediation, conciliation, and expert determinationAssisting with matters before regulatory and specialist tribunalsLegal research, drafting, and case preparation under partner and senior associate supervision
