Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in business development and marketing, preferably in the recruitment industry Strong understanding of market research and analysis Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach Preferred that candidate has driving license
